You can request your course accommodations using the tools in this section. Once a request is submitted and you do not require changes to your accommodations, your renewal request will be automatically approved. You may only request accommodations for UTM courses here. If you are taking a course at UTSC, UTSG or Sheridan College, you must register with their respective Accessibility Services or Sheridan Learning Services directly to receive accommodations.

Once a request has been approved, your instructor will receive an email and instructions on how to access your accommodation letter by logging into the instructor portion of this website. Please view your accommodation letter on this website once your request has been approved.
